It is one of the few spaces in Europe dedicated to training and regular programming of modern circus. In Spain, it is comparable only to the Teatro Circo Price. The El Invernadero Circus School is established as a place for learning, creating, and showcasing contemporary circus.
The Greenhouse, where the circus school is located, offers a multitude of possibilities as a performing space sheltered by a large glass circus tent, thus taking advantage of the building's original use as a greenhouse. Inside, there is everything necessary for professional practice and learning circus, as well as for the creation of new shows, becoming part of Alcobendas' cultural offering. In this regard, the "Greenhouse" space hosts a continuous program of current circus with guest and resident companies, student showcases, creative performances, emerging projects, and research projects. It also hosts performances from the renowned and prestigious MAD Circus Festival.
