A traditional three-story concrete building, a landmark in Barakaldo. Designed to provide plenty of light and ventilation on its three floors (the top floor consists only of a small enclosed balcony to increase the interior light), the wide-opening façade combines red brick with tiles. A comprehensive renovation was carried out, and it now houses a new market on the ground floor and a gym on the first floor.
