Accessibility Features

A trip accessible to all

One of the commitments of Bilbao City View's Sustainability Policy is to work , within our contractual frameworks, to guarantee access to mobility and services for all people, regardless of their access and/or mobility capacity.

This service has magnetic induction loops on board, which the user must request from the driver. Sign language interpretation is also available on their devices through SVisual.

Map's Voice allows the user to choose either to read texts or to listen to the voiceover in the selected language from the   service capabilities. The service takes into account people with low vision, as it includes:   color contrast, the ability to increase fonts and change the listening speed so that each person can adapt it to their personal conditions.

Special spaces are available for strollers, wheelchairs, and scooters that meet the maximum accepted dimensions.

We provide in-person customer service at our Customer Service Office, which is accessible with a reduced service desk for PMRSR (Personnel Only), an induction loop, and SVisual sign language interpreter services.

All of our drivers, as well as those working in the Customer Service Office and sales booths, have received specific training in serving people with disabilities and reduced mobility.

Our services are designed to meet the requirements of Universal Accessibility Standards, such as UNE 170.001, and are in the process of being certified by AENOR.
