People with reduced mobility can use the exit door to enter the bus, and inside they can use the space reserved for them.
When necessary, people with reduced mobility may exit through the entrance door.
First, the person with reduced mobility must get off, and then the rest of the people at the stop will get on.
The driver will move the bus as close as possible to the stop to facilitate boarding and exiting.
When the driver believes the bus is full, he or she will not allow more people to board until people get off at the next stops.
On the vehicle, you'll find signage graphically describing the safety features on the bus and their locations, such as emergency exits, hammers, fire extinguishers, and first-aid kits.
What to do in case of emergency?
- Keep calm.
- Follow the driver's instructions.
- Go to the nearest door, leaving your personal belongings.
- Press the emergency door opening button if necessary.
- If it is impossible to exit through the doors, use glass-breaking hammers.
- People who cannot evacuate themselves will be assisted by the driver or, where appropriate, by the emergency services.
- After leaving the bus, move away from it and stand in a safe place relative to traffic.
- If necessary, notify the emergency services: telephone 112.
