You are at the ticket office of the Cerralbo Museum, indicated on the map with the number 1, in front of the tactile map on the mezzanine floor.
We find the legend on the left and the map on the right. In the lower right corner, there is a QR code that takes us to the Map's Voice platform, which provides accessible information about the museum.
At the ticket office, once we have obtained our ticket, we can store our belongings in the lockers in this area or in those located at the end of the corridor, marked with the number 2 on the map. The two rooms located to the right are part of the temporary exhibition and are marked with the number 3.
To continue your visit, return to the ticket office and proceed to the area of the palace open to the public, marked with the number 4 on the left. From here, you can access the accessible elevator and the restroom.
After visiting the designated area, return to the ticket office and descend the stairs on the right, which lead back to the ground floor where you began your visit. Opposite these stairs, you'll find another set of stairs leading up to the mezzanine level. Here you'll find the rest of the palace open to the public, marked with the number 4. These same stairs will take you to the main floor if you continue ascending.
The ticket office has a hearing loop and wheelchair rental service. To use the accessible restroom, you must go down to the ground floor and from there to the basement level, following the directions on the tactile map on the ground floor.
If you have any questions, please contact the museum staff.
We wish you a happy visit.
