This section runs from the Laida Beach parking lot to the entrance to Laga Beach. Caution is recommended for children and people with certain disabilities.
There are no flat areas , the entire route is uphill or downhill with a gradient of approximately 6% with some sections reaching 10% .
The path is paved along the old shoulder and has wooden crossbars where it has been widened. It is 1.5 meters wide and mostly separated by a guardrail.
Two sections have been marked as dangerous , as one has to travel on the road and one has poor visibility.
The rest areas are located at the beginning, near Laida Beach, and at the end, on Laga Beach.
There are bars or restaurants at the beginning and end of the section.
There are public restrooms at the beginning and end of the route during the summer season.
You can exit the Laida parking lot via the sidewalk, and in case of problems with the curb, you can exit via the vehicle access point.
To access the promenade, if you cannot climb stairs or short but steep ramps (sections marked in pink on the map as shortcuts), you must go along the road.
This section is marked with a warning triangle on the map, as walking along the BI-3234 road entails significant risks. There are no signs for speed reduction or pedestrian caution. Caution is recommended, especially for those with certain disabilities or when walking with children.
Regardless of the parking lot you start from, you'll start uphill and end uphill. The slopes are around 6%, sometimes reaching 10%.

There are no rest areas along most of this route; only near Laga Beach are there some viewpoints where you can rest on the low wall separating you from the cliff. There are no benches.
Finally, to reach Laga Beach there is a 14% slope with no sidewalks, but it is the only road that provides access to the beach, so cars travel more slowly.
Bordering the bus stop there is a shortcut with stairs, two flights of 17 and 18 steps
