How to play the Ground Floor plan

You are standing in the entrance hall of the Cerralbo Museum in front of the tactile map on the ground floor.

We find the legend on the left and the map on the right. In the lower right corner, there's a QR code that takes us to the Map's Voice platform, which provides accessible information about the museum.

The museum has two entrances on Ventura Rodríguez Street: one main entrance and another adapted for access with a stairlift that requires assistance from museum staff. This entrance is located next to the museum garden.

After locating the point on the map that says "You Are Here," we can follow the route to the left, which leads to the ticket office and left-luggage office. You'll have to climb some stairs, as these are located on the mezzanine floor. Next to the stairs, we find a rest area marked with the number 3.

On the mezzanine next to the ticket office, we'll find another tactile map that provides information about the mezzanine floor.

From where we are, there are two ways to go down to floor minus 1. If you want to access the classroom, indicated on the map as number 2, the accessible restroom with a baby changing table, or the accessible elevator, you'll have to go down the stairs to your left. If you want to reach another restroom that isn't accessible, you can go down the stairs to your right. Keep in mind that you'll encounter three steps before reaching the restroom.

The auditorium is also located on the lower first floor, indicated by number 1, and has its own entrance accessible from Ferraz Street. This entrance is located on the upper right side of the plan.

The museum has hearing loops at both the ticket office and the auditorium. It also offers a wheelchair loan service and is open to assistance dogs.

If you have any questions, please contact the museum staff.

We wish you a happy visit.
