You are at the Cerralbo Museum ticket office, indicated on the map as number 1, in front of the tactile map of the mezzanine floor.
We find the legend on the left and the map on the right. In the lower right corner, there's a QR code that takes us to the Map's Voice platform, which provides accessible information about the museum.
At the ticket office, once you have obtained your ticket, you can store your belongings in the lockers in this area or in the ones located at the end of the corridor, indicated by number 2 on the map. The two rooms on the right are part of the temporary exhibition and are indicated by number 3.
To continue the visit, return to the ticket office and walk through the accessible area of the palace, indicated by the number 4 on the left. From this area, you can access the accessible elevator and the restroom.
After visiting the indicated area, return to the ticket office and descend the stairs on the right, which take you to the ground floor, which you entered at the beginning of the tour. Opposite these stairs, you'll find another set of stairs that lead back up to the mezzanine. Here you'll find the remaining visitable area of the palace, marked with another number 4. These same stairs will take you to the main floor if you continue up.
The ticket office has an induction loop and wheelchair access. To use the accessible restroom, you must go down to the ground floor and from there descend to the basement, following the directions on the ground floor tactile map.
If you have any questions, please contact the museum staff.
We wish you a pleasant visit.
