It was a municipal slaughterhouse until 1985. This four-story building, two stories high, is connected by a central glass-enclosed courtyard. Its striking exterior decoration features geometric shapes, featuring exposed brick on the wide-opening facades, in the Neo-Mudejar style. It was renovated in 1995 to be used as a Language School.
