- Prices include VAT
- Tickets can be purchased on the tour bus itself and at authorized points of sale.
- Children and young people must be accompanied by adults who have purchased the same type of ticket.
- The ticket is personal and valid for the type of service and day indicated on the ticket.
- Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.
- Keep your ticket. Losing or misplacing it means you will lose your right to use the service.
- The hop-on hop-off fare allows you to get on and off the vehicle as many times as you like throughout the day.
- Service disruptions due to events or causes beyond Bilbao City View's control will not entitle you to a refund of the ticket price.
- Bilbao City View has complaint forms available for customer service.
- Bilbao City View reserves the right to modify the itinerary, schedule, or duration of the tour due to reasons beyond the control of the service or organizational factors. Such changes will not entitle you to a full or partial refund of the ticket price.
SAFETY RULES FOR TRAVELERS
- For your safety, passengers must remain seated throughout the entire journey.
- Arms may not be extended outside the perimeter of the vehicle.
- The doors cannot be opened if the vehicle is not at the stop and parked.
- Smoking, eating, or drinking are not permitted inside the vehicle.
- No animals are allowed on board, except assistance dogs.
