This courtyard, which leads into what was the Oms family home in 1642, and whose coat of arms can be seen on the balcony above the staircase, is a living courtyard. Divided into three spaces by columns with Ionic capitals, Can Oms is the result of renovations that took place in the 17th century.
The building was renovated by Palma City Council in 1989, based on a project by architect Elies Torres.
