You hold in your hands an MTii map, that is, an Inclusive Smart Tourist Map. This means that both its readability and content are accessible to a very wide audience. Its design allows for easy reading in the broadest sense. Thus, for example, blind people can easily access its information, and those with physical disabilities can find the necessary descriptions to evaluate their experience.
Remember that you can use it as an AUDIO GUIDE by pressing the Listen button that appears above each section (with adjustment of the reading characteristics).
Start by clicking on LOAD AND VIEW this MAP in your Google Maps , which will give you access to the map. Load it as soon as you open this MTii app , and for best results, browse in Google Chrome after signing in to your Gmail account and with your location enabled . Zoom in with your fingers or mouse to see the area you're interested in. You're in Google Maps, so you'll see your location at all times, track your movement, and see the direction of your route. You can also continue to use all the standard Google Maps features.
If you insist on using a different browser, on the map, click the points in the upper right corner of the toolbar and then click the "Open in application" option (it comes pre-installed). Now you can navigate the guide by switching between the two screens (information and map).
You can follow Google's directions to reach a specific point, for example, to start a route and arrive at your preferred destination. However, if you want to go from one point to the next, Google might take you along a different route than the one recommended, which could have very different accessibility features.
On the map , clicking on the icons or lines , both in the image and the legend, will display links to the descriptive information sheets in each language . You can also access the map from the information sheets by clicking on the Google Maps icon to the right of the title or on the title itself (on a computer).
Clicking on the texts displays the descriptive information sheets for the lines or points of interest.
This map-guide is designed specifically for use on the go, on a mobile device. If you open it on a computer, we recommend working with two separate tabs always open: one tab with the MyMaps map and another with the guide.
