Parish Church

The "new parish church" was built in less than three years and inaugurated on January 31, 1945, in the presence of, among others, the Bishop of Girona and the Governor of Barcelona. It is a simple building constructed with the efforts of all the residents, who contributed their personal labor.

"The paintings in the presbytery are particularly noteworthy. A neighbor on the same staircase as Dr. Massons's home in Barcelona was Aureli Crossiet, a painter and disciple of Sert, who specialized in decorating large spaces by painting on canvas coated with a thin layer of gold. At Dr. Massons' request, he generously offered to decorate the apse."

Mass times at the Parish of Santa Susanna:

Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. (in summer, mass is at 7:00 p.m.).

Sundays at 12:00 p.m.

The church is only open during mass.
