Santa Susanna School
The Santa Susanna school was built in 1987 in the Colomer Park as a unitary school.
The construction of this building meant having the first "independent" school building in our town. Until then, the classrooms had initially been located in several houses on Sant Ramon Street.
When the Town Hall building was built during the Civil War, the ground floor became the classrooms. Therefore, this building represented a very important step toward providing decent, quality spaces where children could receive their education.
Montagut School
The Montagut School was founded as a CEIP (Early Childhood and Primary Education Center) in the 2007-2008 academic year. It has always championed an innovative pedagogical model, with two notable milestones: the recognition of its own model for teaching literacy in Early Childhood Education and the firm commitment to the Escola Nova XXI project.
In the 2018-19 academic year, an agreement was reached between the local government and the Department of Education under which Montagut School would become a secondary school, expanding its educational offerings to include compulsory secondary education, commonly known as ESO.
