Summer season: open from June 15 to September 12

Monday - Closed

Tuesday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 2:20 p.m.

Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:20 p.m.

Thursday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:20 p.m.

Friday and Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:20 p.m.

Planning the tourist's stay in the city:

  • Tickets to the city's main tourist attractions: City of Arts and Sciences, Bioparc, Tourist Bus, Museums, Monuments, among others.

  • Reservation of tourist services:

Guided walking or cycling tours of the city's historic center, coastal towns, the Albufera, and other places of interest.

Thematic visits : Silk Road, Grail Route and Religious Art, Fallas Tour, Albufera Natural Park and many more.

• Bicycle and scooter rentals .

Activities at sea : catamaran tours, sailing excursions, sunset tours, excursions with lunch and swimming, jet skis.

Sale of souvenirs and mementos.

Tourist-Info Playa is located on Malvarrosa Beach, in the square next to the Las Arenas Spa Hotel. It is temporarily open during the summer season, from mid-June to mid-September.

This year, 2018, it will be open until September 16th, where we will help you plan your stay in the city and organize your visit to Valencia, also from the beach.

It offers tourist information, personalized advice in several languages , comprehensive planning of your stay in the city, and access to purchasing and booking tourist resources for the destination, ensuring well-organized travel and saving time and waiting.

The office is accessible to people with disabilities.

It is accessible for people with reduced mobility, has an accessible counter, an induction loop, and maps with information in visual tactile Braille.
