The Hortensia Herrero Art Centre is
on Calle del Mar.
This building was formerly a 17th century palace
which was restored to make the museum.
It is a museum of contemporary art.
It contains works of art made from the 20th century onwards
with modern techniques.
One of the most important works in the museum
is that of the Argentinian artist Tomás Saraceno.
The work is called Coronas Australis.
This work depicts coloured clouds
made of geometric shapes.
With this work the artist Thomas Saraceno
wanted to show the importance of taking care
