Monte de Valdelatas is a natural area located in the municipalities of Madrid and Alcobendas. It is the natural extension of Monte El Pardo. It is part of the Upper Manzanares Basin Regional Park and is classified as a Preserved Mountain under Law 16/1995 of the Community of Madrid. Therefore, hunting, plant collection, and motorized vehicles are prohibited at any time of year. There are various trails within its territory, allowing visitors to enjoy the magnificent landscape of the dehesa. Furthermore, the municipality of Alcobendas has a large recreational area.
This natural area is well connected via the Colmenar highway and Valdelatas Avenue, which connects the northern districts of Madrid (Las Tablas and Montecarmelo) with the city of Alcobendas. There is also a metro stop just a few meters from the site (La Granja, line 10). Finally, it is worth mentioning that Monte de Valdelatas is very close to the La Granja industrial estate.
With all this, ALCOBENDAS HUB is geared toward serving businesses and helping them make the right choice, with a wide range of services that add value to the necessary decision-making process.
