  1.    Serrano Mansion

The Serano house, at number 4 Calle de la Iglesia, was notable not only for its size but also for its construction. It was built around 1930 and demolished in 1987.

  2.    Church of St. Peter

An 18th-century Renaissance-style building. The building was constructed using solid brick piers and courses. It also features a slate tile roof.

  3.    Millennial Acacia

Address: Calle Marquesa Viuda de Almada 62. Alcobendas

Alcobendas has a magnificent Centenary Acacia, a Robinia pseudoacacia (False acacia) that contemplates the constant evolution of the municipality from its location.

  4.    Flour factory

The Flour Factory and former mill in Alcobendas was inaugurated in 1953 and marked the arrival of progress in the production of flour and animal feed in the area. It was located right where the Hotel Amura is located at Avenida Valdelaparra number 2.

  5.    Radiotelegraphy Center

The Alcobendas Receiving Station was located in the countryside, on a hill surrounded by a large plot of land about 900 meters from the town. Today, it would be located on Paseo de la Chopera.

  6.    Hermitage of the Virgin of Peace

Romanesque-Gothic chapel declared a historic-artistic monument by the Directorate General of Fine Arts in 1982. Dating back to the 12th century, it has undergone modifications. It houses the jar of the Miracle of Alcobendas.
