The Paseo de la Ría is located on the left bank of the Odiel River. It is a one-kilometer-long and 80-meter-wide space that connects the city to the sea and the port itself, with its dock on the Tinto River.
Designed by Martínez Lapeña-Torres Arquitectos, it features four amphitheaters and pergolas. It also has restrooms and a large parking area, as well as kiosks and street furniture such as benches, chairs, and fountains.
The walk offers shade thanks to the trees that mimic the other shore, as well as the pines of the Huelva Coast.
The Paseo de la Ría allows you to enjoy a stunning sunset over the marsh.
After the Paseo, the paved path remains, along with a bike path, until reaching Punta del Sebo and its Columbus monument. The distance is approximately 5 km.
