This place has a special charm, as it recalls an old way of life.
Its structure was recovered following a long period of time during which the washing places were buried to make way for a car park.
The well-preserved original stonework, which remains in its entirety, particularly stands out.
In the past, this place was a meeting place for women who came to wash clothes, as evidenced by an inscription from 1956 that we find at its head that reads ‘work dignifies women’.
