The town's nerve center. It is bordered by the Town Hall (Sans Gironella, 1964), built in the Nordic style with a T-shaped floor plan and a façade composed of large panels of stone and copper. Although of great interest, it has been little recognized. Opposite it stand the buildings that housed the Bilbao Savings Bank and the AHV Cooperative, dating from the 1930s. The entire square was completely renovated in 2000.
