The Central Market is a modernist style monument
which was conceived and designed in 1914 but opened in 1928.
It has a ground floor and a basement with columns
and lowered brick vaults .
There are 959 stalls where we can find fruits
from the Valencian orchard.
The stalls that are organized in long streets
and 2 wide roads that cross the streets.
On the ground floor, the mix of tiles, stone and wood
forms a colorful and striking space,
that adorns the light that enters through the domes
and the stained glass windows .
