Huelva's Town Hall, located in the Plaza de la Constitución, stands out for its symmetrical Neo-Herrerian façade, towers with pyramidal spires, and marble details. Built by Alejandro Herrero between 1942 and 1949, the building also features a clock built in Miranda de Ebro.

Its interior houses the mayor's office, offices and assembly halls with baroque balconies in the central courtyard.

The interior central courtyard adopts the Andalusian style, with an arcade on marble columns on the ground floor and Baroque balconies on the upper floor.
